Position Title: Client Support Specialist

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive customer support.
  • Responsible for understanding how each client account is using the HDS solutions. 
  • Responsible for understanding the client business programs and how to apply them in our solutions.
  • Act as the liaison between end-customers, internal customers, and the product team.
  • Update HDS Ticket and CRM system efficiently, including customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with other Client Specialist corporate initiatives and standardization of processes and solutions.
  • Responsible for release planning preparation and execution.
  • Participate in the creation of the product Webinars and Working Groups.
  • Participate in the production of system training videos.

Work Experience

  • Four-year degree or four years’ experience in customer relations or project coordination.
  • Experience with the Affordable Housing industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of agile software development methodologies a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and Windows operating systems required.
