Cristina Miranda Gilson is the Founder and CEO of HDS Companies, including Housing and Development Software, eHousingPlus, and HDS Allita. Since launching the company in 1998, Cristina has led it to the forefront of the affordable housing technology sector with a focus on client-centered solutions and innovation. She is also the Founder of the HDS Foundation, a nonprofit supporting teens and young adults with autism-related disabilities, reflecting her deep commitment to social responsibility and community impact. 

As President of Housing and Development Software since 2004, Abdul Mondol drives the company’s technology vision, overseeing the development of cutting-edge solutions for the affordable housing industry. With a background in software development, project management, and business strategy, Abdul brings experience from Fortune 500 companies and remains an active thought leader in industry organizations, holding certifications in Agile methodologies and quality management. 

Paloma Miranda is the Senior Vice President of Services at HDS Companies and leads the eHousingPlus business unit. With more than 30 years in affordable housing and 22 years managing compliance and program administration, Paloma is a strategic leader known for her expertise in homeownership programs and strong collaboration with industry partners. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the HDS Foundation. 

Elena Miranda serves as Vice President of Business Development at HDS Companies, with over 35 years in the housing industry. She leads new business initiatives, marketing, and strategic partnerships, and serves as Vice President of HDS Allita. Her expertise spans software implementation, compliance, and program administration, and she frequently presents at industry events on housing innovations and operational strategies. 

Judith Graver, Esq. joined HDS in 2022 as Vice President of Internal Operations and Risk Management, bringing over 20 years of legal and leadership experience from the Florida Department of Health. At HDS, she strengthens internal operations, leads strategic initiatives, and enhances risk management processes. Judi holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami and is a licensed attorney with the Florida Bar. 

Andrew Moffitt is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at HDS Companies, bringing over 25 years of tech and security experience, including 15+ years in housing applications. He oversees infrastructure, data security, and disaster recovery while supporting software performance and client IT needs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is committed to advancing innovation and cybersecurity at HDS. 

Debora Stevenson is the Director of Administration and Finance at HDS Companies, where she oversees accounting, corporate finance, HR, and facilities. With more than 25 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Debora ensures alignment of financial operations with company goals and leads strategic planning across budgeting, payroll, and financial systems.
