Driving Technology and Collaboration at HFAi 2026

HDS Companies is proud to attend and sponsor the 2026 HFA Institute (HFAi), hosted by the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) in Washington, DC, from January 11–16, 2026. This premier annual event brings together housing finance leaders, federal officials, and industry experts to explore program administration, regulatory updates, and innovative solutions in affordable housing.

HFAi 2026 offers an extensive agenda, including focused modules on HOME and Housing Trust Fund programs, Housing Credit, Mortgage Revenue Bonds, and Section 8 and other federally assisted multifamily housing programs. Attendees gain access to practical training, policy insights, and opportunities to share best practices with peers nationwide. Beyond the formal sessions, HFAi fosters invaluable networking opportunities and collaborative discussions that help housing professionals navigate today’s evolving program landscape.

As a proud Wi-Fi sponsor, HDS Companies ensures attendees can stay connected, access information, collaborate, and engage seamlessly throughout the conference. In addition, we are sponsoring Happy Hour sessions, providing informal spaces for attendees to network, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships with peers across the housing industry.

We’re also occupying a hospitality room on Thursday from 7AM-1PM in the Russell Room, complete with coffee and snacks, where attendees can schedule 1:1 discussions with our team and attend our HDS Section 8 presentation. This provides an ideal opportunity to explore how HDS helps HFAs implement modern, technology-driven solutions that streamline operations, enhance compliance, and maximize program impact.

We look forward to connecting with housing professionals, sharing insights, and contributing to the conversations that shape the future of technology-driven affordable housing program administration at HFAi 2026.
