Marketing Coordinator


Entry to mid-level Associate responsible for the overall organization of the company’s Marketing initiatives including the coordination of all marketing, marketing research, marketing campaigns, communications, conferences, and social media. Works under the supervision of the VP of Business Development and functionally interacts closely with Business and Leadership to meet company goals. This role requires moderate traveling.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the company.
  • Attending various conferences; actively managing the booth and interacting with clients.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relation Management Software.
  • Plans, executes, creates and oversees development and production of advertisement, promotional activities and material including marketing videos, website, print, online, electronic, media, and direct mail.
  • Establish and manage a social media strategy including timely announcements, content and responding to feedback.
  • Create marketing/sales videos by coordinating with Business, IT (Information Technology) and Leadership regarding video campaigns, content and presentation.
  • Create, implement, and oversee internal and external communication programs which will effectively describe and promote HDS services and products to relevant and specific audiences.
  • Draft, edit, finalize and disseminate strong written materials including articles for placement in various media sources, editorials, blog posts, social media content, interactive presentations, and other associated materials.
  • Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts and document and provide feedback for future product development.
  • Measure and assess customer satisfaction, effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies via relevant tools and surveys.

  • Skilled with use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with highly confidential documents and communications.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business marketing or related field or at least 4 years’ prior experience in a relevant field.
